Apply only when your controls are live and testable.

The application is an evidence-backed declaration by the legal entity. Draft policies, planned hires and supplier promises cannot substitute for operating controls.

READINESS GATE

Do not submit to discover what is missing.

The applicant entity and complete natural-person ownership chain are documented. All adverse regulatory, criminal, civil and insolvency matters are disclosed. Source of operating funds and first-year liquidity are independently supportable. Player liabilities are protected, reconciled daily and payable under stress. AML, sanctions, responsible-gaming and complaints controls are operating. Every game route is authorised, authentic, versioned and traceable. Security, logging, incident response, backup and restoration have been tested. Accountable personnel and controlled production access are available for NGA testing.

EVIDENCE PACKAGE

Organise primary-source evidence by control family.

The secure form accepts one initial file in each category. Further files and responses may be added through the private application portal after submission. Use current, legible and appropriately certified records; redact unrelated personal data but not facts required for assessment.

Secure upload rules

PDF, PNG, JPEG, TXT, CSV or JSON. Maximum 10 MB per file, 25 files and 50 MB per application. Files are malware-screened, encrypted at rest, hash-sealed and access controlled. Never upload passwords, private keys, authentication secrets, full card data or irrelevant personal records.

ASSESSMENT STAGES

Submission and completeness

Reference and private access code issued. Scope, declarations, conflicts and minimum evidence are checked. Incomplete applications pause.

Corporate due diligence

Identity, ownership, control, key-person fitness, history, source of funds and external records are assessed and corroborated.

Financial and compliance review

Player liabilities, withdrawals, AML, sanctions, responsible gaming, complaints, terms, privacy and market restrictions are tested.

Technical and game-integrity testing

Architecture, security, resilience, suppliers, authentic game delivery, wallets and transaction paths are reproduced against evidence.

Findings and remediation

Critical, Major and Minor findings are recorded with evidence, owner and due date. Closure requires verification, not a statement of completion.

Owner final decision

The owner approves or rejects the defined entity, service and domain scope. Staff cannot grant their own recommendation.

Timing depends on completeness, complexity, external corroboration and remediation. NGA does not promise approval or a fixed completion date.

FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Fees fund assessment; they do not buy the decision.

B2C and B2B setup fees start at EUR 30,000. Annual renewal is USD 5,000. Additional domains and aliases are USD 100 each per licensing cycle. Subdomains and material change reviews are charged under the published fee table on the licensing page.

Application charges are due when NGA accepts the file for assessment.
Annual charges are payable in advance for the applicable licence cycle.
Assessment work already performed is non-refundable, including after withdrawal or refusal.
Complex structures, exceptional testing and third-party costs may require a written additional quote.
Fees may be reviewed for future cycles; a current written invoice controls.

DECISION AND MARK

Approval requires a clean assessed scope.

Initial issue and renewal require zero open Critical findings, zero open Major findings and a current full integrity pass. If approved, the exact entity, class, domains, validity and status appear in the public register. Only those authorised domains may display the live, domain-bound NGA mark.

Submission, correspondence, remediation or payment must never be described as “NGA approved.” The mark can become invalid immediately when licence conditions are no longer satisfied.
