Scheduled reporting
Financial, player-liability, complaints, responsible-gaming, AML, security, supplier and operational information at the frequency set for the licence risk profile.
NGA LICENSING STANDARD / ENFORCEMENT
Approval begins supervision. The licensed entity, service and listed domains remain subject to reporting, surveillance, testing, corrective action and public verification throughout the licence cycle.
CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS
Financial, player-liability, complaints, responsible-gaming, AML, security, supplier and operational information at the frequency set for the licence risk profile.
Advance notice or approval where required for ownership, directors, domains, markets, platforms, wallets, providers, payments, hosting or other material architecture.
Initial notice within 24 hours for a material player-funds, game-integrity, security, sanctions, exclusion, supplier or continuity event, followed by evidence and updates.
Controlled production journeys, record requests, complaint-led review, technical sampling and other proportionate tests without a requirement to pre-notify the operator.
ENFORCEMENT SCALE
Tracked enhancement with an accountable owner and due date.
Mandatory remediation, evidence submission and verified closure.
Restriction on domain, market, supplier, product or operation until controls are proven.
Immediate invalidation of the active mark where players, evidence or public reliance require protection before final decision.
Termination of certified status and public register update following the controlled decision process.
Evidence-led notice identifying the domain, verified issue, scope, status and operator response where publication is necessary and fair.
SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION GROUNDS
FAIR PROCESS
NGA records the allegation, preserves evidence, defines the applicable control and ordinarily gives the operator a reasonable opportunity to respond. An immediate protective suspension may precede that response where delay would expose players, evidence or the public to material risk.
Staff may investigate and recommend. The owner records the final approval, rejection, suspension, revocation or appeal decision with reasons. An appeal must identify a material factual, procedural or evidential error; it is not a second application and does not automatically stay protective action.
NGA does not publish allegations as findings. Integrity notices distinguish verified facts, assessment, unresolved matters and the operator's response, and may be corrected when reliable new evidence changes the record.
